As a Purchasing and Stock Controller you will assist with the smooth running of back of house aspects of the Food & Beverage side of the business by providing & following stock & cost control procedures and feedback to staff and management. Key objectives here include maintaining the POS system, coaching staff and managers at site level on stock handling & establish strong relationships with F&B Suppliers. Must have experience with food and beverage with good wine knowledge.
