Job Description

As a BDR, you'll spearhead sales by prospecting, generating leads, and nurturing client relationships in NAM. Collaborate with the sales team to expand our customer base through proactive outreach, playing a vital role in driving revenue growth within this dynamic industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients in the North American market.
  • Client Relationship Management: Nurture existing and potential client relationships, addressing inquiries and needs promptly.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely to strategize and execute plans for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured pipeline for a consistent flow of potential clients.
  • Outreach and Communication: Proactively engage potential clients through various communication channels.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress reports.

Qualifications

New Rockstar needs to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience as a BDR.
  • Experience selling SaaS.
  • Experience in outbound prospecting.
  • Experience working with the NAM market.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Fluent English.
