Job Description

If you are a motivated and talented Finance and Administration Specialist looking for a fun and invigorating place to work, look no further. Based in Barcelona you will be responsible to ensure we have a happy and productive working environment. Your responsibilities will also include giving support to the Onna finance team as well as managing the day to day office operations. You will also help us with daily tasks such as:

  • Accounting tasks: give support on AP, AR, monthly reporting, payroll management.

  • Handle daily administrative duties.

  • Maintain day to day office operations

  • Participate in payroll processes.



  • University degree in Economics, BA or related field.

  • +2 years of financial/administration experience.

  • Multi-tasker, organised, and proactive. Must be a self starter with the ability to organize and coordinate large workloads in a timely and effective manner.

  • Extremely detail oriented with analytical skills.

  • High level of fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, World, PowerPoint).

  • Time-management and Confidentiality.
