Job Description

We're looking for  Support Engineer to join our growing team in Research Triangle Park and work as part of our Customer Solutions team. 

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to support requests from clients

  • Investigate and diagnose problems, escalating to development team when applicable

  • Take corrective action to support the client

  • Proactively monitor assigned open tickets, contact customers, and update tickets in a timely manner

  • Continuously familiarize yourself with the platform as new features are developed and released.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Self motivated and curious, eager to learn when faced with challenges

  • Experience supporting web-based applications / services

  • HTML / HTTP / REST Fundamentals

  • Experience with Python (2+ years)

  • Standard Linux commands / shell scripting

  • Familiarity with issue ticketing systems (JIRA and Zendesk preferred)

  • eDiscovery knowledge a plus

  • BS in Computer Science or related field
