Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and passionate Marketing Lead to kickstart our marketing team in New York. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic marketing leader with a strategic background and experience in blitz scaling strategy. You’ll manage all marketing operations, assess and improve existing efforts, and craft new strategies to increase revenue and hit goals.

  • Establish a vision for the Onna brand.  Understand buyer personas and ensure our go-to-market strategy is represented at an enterprise scale.

  • Oversee all marketing materials, creative assets, and website - consistently ensuring Onna’s brand standards are upheld.

  • Lead our content strategy, including case studies, blog posts, product announcements, events, conferences, industry guides, and more.

  • Manage budget and lead a team of marketers executing many different activities to support the field such as online advertising, ABM programs, field events, partner activities, user groups, industry events/trade shows, and PR.

  • Grow and develop a metrics-driven marketing team.

  • Conduct market research and stay updated on competitor positioning.

  • Develop marketing automation workflows.

  • Own the marketing-sourced pipeline goals for the Sales team across all segments and geographies.

  • Continuously learn more about our product and what's driving results for our customers.



  • 6+ years of experience and leadership in high technology B2B enterprise software marketing required; SaaS/on-demand software experience highly desired

  • Experience defining acquisition account-based goals and objectives in conjunction with Sales to hit growth targets

  • Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills

  • Proven track record of building and leading successful demand generation marketing initiatives across channels, lifecycle stages, and for various global audiences and buyer personas

  • Expertise with data, both as the basis of driving inbound/outbound/account progress and for analysis of program results/ROI

  • In-depth knowledge of CRM and marketing automation solutions (e.g., Salesforce.com, Marketo, et al)

  • A strong desire to learn and grow along with an entrepreneurial mindset

  • College degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or a technical field; an MBA is a plus
