We're looking for an Application Analyst to join our growing team in Research Triangle Park and work as part of our Customer Solutions team.
Assist in responding to customer service and information requests
Communicate with customers and update tickets accurately
Proactively monitor assigned open tickets, contact customers, and update tickets in a timely manner
Provide responsive support to customers during normal business hours
Complete all daily tasks on-time with attention to detail
Communicate with team and team lead and escalate any issues that require further troubleshooting.
Use API commands to query systems
BS in Computer Science or related field
Experience with Python (2+ years)
Experience with Customer Support as a primary contact
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
Client-focused and ability to understand expectations
Experience troubleshooting complex issues
Familiarity querying api’s
Familiarity with cloud platforms
eDiscovery knowledge a plus
