Our sales team at Onna is moving quickly as we just relocated our HQ to NYC and are building out the team!
We are helping businesses understand the power Onna offers, as a unique platform to unite all other platforms. The use cases are endless and we need dedicated, energetic teams to demonstrate this at scale with enterprise-level clients. We’re a close-knit and collaborative team, focused on a common vision - connect anything so you can find everything.
We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to join our Sales and Business Development organization. Ideal candidates should be eager to advance in our organization by demonstrating their ability to be tenacious self-starters every day. Onna offers a fast-paced, innovative environment where you will be provided the tools, resources, and outstanding leadership to sell business application solutions and take your career to the next level!
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and evaluate customer needs
Prospect and identify key executives at target companies and lay the foundation for a strong, long lasting relationships
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Identify product improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns.
Identify decision makers and influencers within your target prospects
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
1-4 years of experience in a similar role a (SaaS and data management experience a plus, but not required)
Strong ability to communicate with confidence via phone, email, and in-person
Able to drive multiple accounts simultaneously, each at different stages and complexity
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach; fast learner with a passion for sales
Customer-focused and prepared to go the extra mile
Ability to manage, track, and report sales activities and results
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and G Suite equivalent
Knowledge of CRM a plus
Excellent academic qualifications; Bachelor's degree required
US work authorization
