OneVest is a financial technology company on a mission to reinvent wealth management. The company has built Canada’s first embedded wealth management platform. Through its comprehensive Wealth-as-a-Service offering, enterprises can expand their product offering to include wealth management via a simple API.

We are looking for a full-time Implementation Manager to join our tight-knit team and help build the foundation of the company’s Partner Solutions team. As the Implementation Manager, you will help our partners integrate OneVest products and services. You’re a natural problem solver, team player, and enjoy the variety that comes with building out solutions across a variety of partners, business models, and technologies.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead discovery and drive solutions for the implementation of OneVest into partner technology and operations

• Act as the key point of contact for partners from contract signing to go-live and provide on-going application support

• Represent the needs and interests of our partners when working with our product, engineering and support teams

• Draft and maintain an Implementation Playbook for all future partner implementations, ensuring efficiency, scalability and speed

• Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to resolve business problems 

• Define project requirements, tracking and documentation

• 3-5 years of experience in a solutions architecture, sales engineering, customer success, project management and/or implementation role

• Broad technical acumen; you’re comfortable speaking about cloud infrastructure, APIs, webhooks, etc with both technical and business audiences

• High EQ, team player and passionate about helping clients elevate their business

• Good communication skills and experience working with technical teams and management
