Job Description

One Technologies is seeking a motivated Lead Analyst to join a team that drives business strategy and decisions by providing quantitative analysis, actionable insights, and recommendations for growing acquisitions, increasing profitability, and improving the product experience of our customers.

  1. Performs in-depth quantitative analyses with limited supervision.
  2. Derives actionable insights and provides clear and concise recommendations to business stakeholders and executive leadership. 
  3. Partners with project owners across departments to define business problems and utilizes creative/critical problem solving for resolution.
  4. Responsible for correctly and efficiently utilizing internal and/or external data to identify key trends, issues, and opportunities to optimize our marketing spend, improve customer acquisition and/ or retention, increase product interaction, and maximize profitability and ROI.
  5. Acts as the subject matter expert for specific projects, programs, or areas of responsibility.
  6. Mentors junior members of the team and onboards new team members.
  7. Collaborates with other members of the team and across the organization to optimize analytical results and create deeper insights and consensus of solution.
  8. Provides integral support with the implementation of analytical recommendations and is expected to validate production performance and report on results.


  1. 5+ years of experience performing in depth and quantitative analyses related to the optimization of marketing and product efforts, customer behavior research and segmentation, ROI, forecasting, and cost/benefit analysis.
  2. Experience in digital/online sales and knowledge of paid search, affiliate and network channels is preferred.
  3. Highly organized with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
  4. Thrives in a fast paced, results-oriented team environment and exhibits curiosity and a strong attention to detail.


  1. Proficient in SQL and Excel with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.  Familiar with Python or other statistical platforms.
  2. Superior analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, provide insightful analysis and recommend actionable strategies.
  3. Exhibits curiosity to identify opportunities for optimization and uses creative problem solving to assess complex business problems and develop holistic solutions.
  4. Proactively identifies trends and data insights and provides ongoing analysis and communication to the acquisition team.
  5. Comfortable presenting to executives and able to communicate to both technical and nontechnical audiences at various levels within the company.
  6. Ability to read, write and speak in the English language.


Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Applied Mathematics, Statistics/Business Analytics/Data Science, Economics, Operations Research, Finance, or Engineering related or otherwise quantitative degree. Master/MBA Degree is a plus.
