Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth. Your main objective will be to identify lucrative opportunities and surpass our monthly sales targets.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving complaints effectively.
  • Process customer orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle leads coming from all eCommerce channels (e.g., website, marketplaces, chatbots) and convert them into sales.
  • Conduct customer outreach through cold calls, follow-ups, and prospecting to generate new business.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including customer satisfaction and sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify insights to inform account strategies and upselling opportunities.
