Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth. Your main objective will be to identify lucrative opportunities and surpass our monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving complaints effectively.
- Process customer orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle leads coming from all eCommerce channels (e.g., website, marketplaces, chatbots) and convert them into sales.
- Conduct customer outreach through cold calls, follow-ups, and prospecting to generate new business.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including customer satisfaction and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor's degree.
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction.
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights to inform account strategies and upselling opportunities.
