OneScreen is seeking a proactive and talented Product Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of both hardware and software products developed by OneScreen. In addition to your core responsibilities in product testing, troubleshooting, and documentation, this role will involve significant contributions to web development projects, particularly in WordPress and other web development frameworks.

Note: The Product Engineer works during the evening/night shift with our US Teams. This is an on-site job.

• Proficiency in WordPress development, including theme and plugin customization
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (including jQuery) and PHP
• Understanding of responsive design principles
• Ability to perform manual QA testing, including test case creation and execution
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Keen interest in learning about new technologies and tools
• Knowledge of other web development frameworks like React and Angular would be a plus
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• BS Electrical, Computer Engineering , Computer Science or related field
• 0-2 years of experience 

Responsibilities:

• Testing of all hardware and software products developed by OneScreen
• Involvement in the development, optimization, deployments, and documentation processes for OneScreen's hardware and software products
• Troubleshooting and documenting firmware-related issues of OneScreen hardware
• Testing and troubleshooting of OneScreen software products
• Development and maintenance of WordPress websites and applications
• Perform manual QA testing, including test case creation and execution
• Documentation of all technical processes and implementations
• Communicating with cross-functional teams (Product Operations, Software Development, Supply Chain, Product Management, Factory Engineers/reps) regarding product changes, hardware defects, software issues, etc.

• Take on increasing responsibility in leading and managing product development cycles, from concept to deployment.
