Job Description

About the role:

In this role, you will deeply understand Oncora’s product offerings and be responsible for their successful implementation at client sites. This role is client-facing: you will represent Oncora to  individual customers and you will serve as their main point of contact. You will work with Oncora Engineering and clients to develop custom integrations with different health data sources. You must be an expert technical communicator who can understand and explain our products and services in a clear, organized, and consistent manner. We’re looking for candidates who are highly self-motivated, are passionate about improving healthcare, and excel at finding solutions to complex problems with minimal direction. As a key new role for Oncora’s tech organization, you will lead customer solutions and implementation efforts. 

What you will be doing:

  • Become an expert on all of Oncora’s offered services
  • Own the end-to-end installation and integration of the Oncora platform at new customers, with an eye towards building scalable and repeatable processes
  • Be the main point of contact for clients both during and after the installation process; facilitate recurring and ad-hoc customer meetings
  • Manage and maintain project plans for all active implementations and work with Oncora engineering to prioritize and meet delivery obligations
  • Collaborate with Oncora engineering to define and build custom integrations with healthcare data sources like Electronic Medical Records, Oncology Information Systems, Treatment Planning Systems, etc. 
  • Work closely with customers  to identify needs and pain points, monitor and manage incoming customer feedback
  • Collect, triage and resolve incoming customer support (e.g. technical support) requests
  • Assist in product validation, Data QA and testing and ensure delivery of highest quality integrations

Qualifications

About you:

  • 4-8 years experience in a implementation, project manager, or other customer facing role, preferably in a healthcare or enterprise setting
  • Experience leading complex enterprise software projects from initiation to acceptance; ability to structure tasks for yourself and others and to troubleshoot independently
  • Able to clearly communicate technical and data topics to a variety of audiences, including clinicians, executives, and engineers
  • Skilled at understanding, documenting and analyzing data using a variety of tools (SQL, spreadsheets, scripting / code, etc.)
  • Understanding of software development processes
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and positive can-do attitude

Bonuses:

  • Familiarity with healthcare information systems (EMRs, OISs, TPSs, etc.)
  • Experience with healthcare data standards and integrations (HL7, FHIR, DICOM, etc.)
  • Experience developing standard data integrations for software products
