Job Description

Looking for a mission-driven organization?

Seeking a culture that is built on the values of compassion, prayer, collaboration, excellence, and development?

This non-profit organization has solidified the elements of a successful program and is preparing to ramp it up to the next level. We created a new role, Assistant Director of Client Success, for a leader that can coach and develop a team of case managers to foster client development and success.

This opportunity is on-site in Raleigh from Monday - Friday from 1:00pm to 10:00pm, with one weekend every four weeks. The total compensation plan includes salary, benefits, PTO, and prepared meals everyday.

In one year, you will know you were successful if your team has helped more clients progress through our program and secure jobs, housing, a vehicle, or all of the above! Our goal is to increase the number of clients that graduate from our program year over year. The need in our community is great and our team can easily meet the need with your leadership.

A typical week will include coaching your team to follow an engaging client onboarding process, managing the team to achieve client success metrics, leading client feedback initiatives, preparing reports, building relationships across the team, with clients, and volunteers, and supporting the resolution of escalations, as needed.
