We're looking for a Marketing Campaigns Manager to create integrated, cross-channel campaigns based on market segments to generate demand, contribute to sales pipeline, attract new customers, retain current customers, and expand existing business.

Job Description
- Partner closely with leadership across marketing, sales, and customer success to design and execute full-lifecycle, multi-channel campaigns that generate quality leads and contribute to sales pipelines and revenue
- Work cross-functionally with various stakeholders about campaign schedules, execution, results, and potential roadblocks
- Manage events (virtual and in-person), trade show exhibits, sponsorships, and webinars, overseeing all aspects, concept to completion, including strategy planning, event promotions, execution, staffing, performance reporting, and follow-up drips
- Responsible for lifecycle content creation programs, including planning, writing, proofreading, managing freelancers and third-party creators, publishing, and promoting
- Understand target audience buyer journeys and create impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities to close-won
- Support partner/affiliate programs with marketing collateral, targeted campaigns, and packaged “campaigns-in-box”
- Manage the development of demand-generation assets and marketing collateral, working closely with product marketing to ensure relevant messaging that helps drive and accelerate pipeline growth
- Monitor and report KPIs and success metrics (such as engagement, leads, conversions, and ROI) to measure the effectiveness of campaign activities/tactics and demonstrate the impact Marketing Campaigns have on business goals
- Build a consistent feedback loop, continuously improve processes, and develop strategies to optimize campaign performance at each stage of the funnel
- Develop and execute A/B tests, collect and analyze data, and use findings to provide recommendations on future efforts
- Identify and explore new channels and tactics to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Working closely with the Vice President of Marketing for both granular tracking, reporting, and efficient lead management in the handoff from marketing to sales
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners, industry associations, influencers, agencies, and other stakeholders
- Support customer marketing efforts with targeted campaigns spanning programs to foster adoption, ensure retention, and increase upsell opportunities
- Support the OTS Customer Advocacy program, working closely with Product Marketing, to enable and encourage existing customers to help attract new customers
- Support product marketing efforts with targeted campaigns to bring new features and products to market
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in managing and executing marketing campaigns in the B2B SaaS space; some B2B2C/marketplace experience is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of integrated campaigns best practices and experience in development and managing multi-channel campaigns spanning email marketing, industry events, webinars, content syndication, paid social, paid search, and lifecycle marketing
- Proficiency in Salesforce and marketing automation tools (Hubspot preferred)
- Experience designing, planning, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns and paid media
- Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend to measure the effectiveness of efforts and impact to the business
- Exceptional communication and project management skills with experience working cross-functionally with internal and external partners
- Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously with a track record of delivering on high-impact goals
- Strategic mindset and ability to frame problems and develop ambitious solutions while balancing the demands of executing at speed and scale
- Strong eye for business, as well as strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to draw conclusions based on data
- Self-starter with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Ability to operate independently to build out new campaign programs and initiatives
- Thorough understanding of the sales process and how best to support sales teams and equip them for success
- Performing arts, ticketing, or live event experience is a huge plus
