We are searching for an experienced and dedicated Commercial Manager for CEE to drive our growth in these markets.  This role is critical to Omio’s success, ensuring a great experience for our customers and enabling our revenue growth.

The role is based in Berlin and will report to our Commercial Director.

Your role

  • Build and drive commercial relationships and negotiations with leading travel partners across the region
  • Develop creative and industry-leading solutions leveraging the company’s unique position in the online travel marketplace 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization, partnering with Product, Tech, Marketing, Customer Service and other teams to help enhance our product and maximize the commercial potential of these markets
  • Define and achieve ambitious performance targets

Qualifications

What you’ll bring to the table

  • 4+ years of experience in a leading commercial / business development role within the travel tech industry
  • Experience of B2C products in e-commerce environment is essential
  • You have previous experience structuring large commercial deals and know how to build sustainable strategic partnerships 
  • You have strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, are data-driven, result-oriented, radically customer-centric, and persistent and reliable in execution
  • You possess excellent people and communication skills, tolerance for ambiguity, and the enthusiasm to contribute to building a great company
  • Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus
