Job Description
- Relevant experience designing successful, human-centred digital experiences in a software product environment.
- A portfolio with examples of digital products with clear problem definition and metrics for success. We particularly want to see how you usedqualitative research and analytics to inform design decisions.
- Ability to articulate the details of navigation and flows, UI transformations and different screen states.
- A strong belief in the value of collaboration.
Qualifications
- Use interaction design and prototyping tools like Sketch, InVision, or others to create a variety of design artefacts.
- Design and deliver solutions for web, iOS and Android apps, and emerging platforms.
- Work closely with design research to gather and analyse insight, and then incorporate findings into design.
- Work with and contribute to a design system that standardises the visual style, UI patterns and functional logic across the entire product.
- Mentor more junior designers throughout design ideation, refinements and delivery.
- Ideate new concepts and employ a variety of techniques to visualise your creative thought process.
