Job Description

An ideal candidate is an aggressive sales person who loves challenging assignments and is self-driven. An extrovert, driven by numbers, and loves to be on the field. Preference will be given to candidates who think out of the box

Candidates must have experience in market activation.

Main Objectives

• Increase our reach in the market
• Achieve personal registration goals. Annual / Quarterly goals
• Manage the relationship with customers, mechanics and other stake holders

Main performance indicators
Business Development targets and KPIs are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and initiatives.

Major responsibilities include:

• Aggressively achieve business development targets.
• Direct marketing to car owners, vehicle owners
• Demonstratefeatures & benefits of GaadiFix Mobile App
• Get Mechanics and other stakeholders Onboard
• Build close long-term relationships with stakeholders and prospects.
• Provide ideas and suggestions to improve results, reputation and market share.
• Observe activities of competition, market trends and report them
• Support to conduct “Test Market” activities as and when required.
