We are looking to hire a Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate is responsible for upholding store standards and delivering positive customer experience. You will also be responsible for a variety of operational duties as assigned by the store management team. You will process new products, recovery of the sales floor, stocking shelves, and cleaning throughout the store.

Responsibilities 

• Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and sincere non-business like greeting.

• Create a positive first impression for the customer through an energetic attitude and adhering to dress code.

• Create a sparkling clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards and cleanliness

• Provide customers with up-to-date relevant information about the products.

• Provide excellence service in the fitting rooms, follows up with customers promptly, and maintains cleanliness.

• Sincerely thank all customers for shopping as they exit the store

• 1-2 years of experience in specialty retail is preferred, but not required

• Possess an ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Demonstrate an ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining adaptable to the needs of the business.

• Ability to stand for long periods.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and POS Systems.

• Appear in a professional attire, demeanor, and compliance to the dress code required.
