Job Description
We are looking to hire a Brand Promoter to join our team. The Brand Promotor role is accountable for creating and providing an outstanding customer experience that exemplifies the authenticity of Olympiad. You will work collaboratively with the store team to assist in the implementation of the plans and strategies developed by the management team.
Responsibilities
Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and productivity standards.
Contribute to a positive work environment through effective communication, teamwork, and partnership with brand ambassadors and management team.
Demonstrate values and behaviours consistent with Olympiad’s culture.
Attend and participate in all store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions.
Assist in driving selling and service metrics such as; conversion, average dollar per transaction, average unit retail.
Develop, maintain and drive personal customer relationship management through clientele and after-sale customer engagement
Handle all Point of sale (POS) transaction in compliant to company standards
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment
Proven track record of successful sales experience
Experience working with affluent and luxury brands is an asset
High-volume traffic experience is an asset
Available to work a range of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the store.
Time management and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team orientated environment
Adaptable to the elements that may impact the overall customer experience
