As a Business Development Senior Specialist, you will advise employees and service area leadership on specific business development strategies to position the firm to be excellent at winning and closing work, by utilizing specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise regarding a specific area of business development. In addition, you will lead outbound client capture and intelligence gathering activities related to key targets and initiatives, grow select accounts and key relationships, improve the firm’s brand positioning, and assist technical teams in client introductions and positioning.

You bring to the team:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to contribute and work well on a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
• Knowledge of engineering and business development terms
• Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to develop and foster effective professional relationships internally and externally
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in a business development role
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, communication, public relations, engineering, or related field is preferred
