Job Description

The Client Experience service area assists in ensuring the client journey lives up to the firm's brand promise while providing a personal approach to feedback. The Client Experience Coordinator role involves performing routine tasks according to established guidelines, which may include services related to client feedback, win/loss project debriefs, client approach strategy, and client experience analysis.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Organize and produce information and/or materials to be included in various client experience activities related to client feedback, proposal debriefs, and project debriefs according to the firm’s standards.
  • Communicate and meet deadlines for timely completion of client visits.
  • Assemble feedback to deliver to the appropriate individuals at the firm to support and inform future client, proposal, and/or project strategy.
  • Provide support for feedback analysis and distribution.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive notes within the firm’s client and project information systems.
  • Assist in the coordination and/or facilitation of client panels.
  • Assist in theming client feedback information, which may include gathering, verifying, and organizing information from various sources.

We have one opening and will consider candidates interested in being located out of our Lincoln, NE or Overland Park, KS office location.

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client management software.
  • Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with internal and external clients.
  • 3-5 years of experience in client experience or a related field is preferred.
