Job Description

As a Civil 3D Coordinator on our Applied Technology team, you will partner with design teams to provide training, consulting, standards implementation, and technical support to streamline operations and improve efficiency. You will work alongside our CAD, BIM & GIS experts to determine strategies that will provide reliable and innovative technical solutions. You will be responsible for protecting company information systems by evaluating risks and threats as it relates to our Civil 3D software platform.

We have one current opening and will consider candidates interested in being located out of any of our office locations.

You bring to the team:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
  • You will serve as an expert-level Civil 3D Support Coordinator.
  • Assist teams with design workflows as they relate to Civil 3D.
  • Coordinates training needs with teams on an as-needed basis.
  • Coordinates communication with Civil 3D Users.
  • Advanced knowledge of program settings and configuration.
  • Troubleshooting of hardware, software, and files.
  • Installation and license management.
  • Well-organized and process driven.
  • Strong communication skills and self-motivated.
  • Associate degree or some college preferred, ideally within computer-aided drafting and design technology or a related area.
  • Minimum six years’ experience in a related position within area of specialty.
