Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and meticulous individual to join our Construction Materials Testing team as a technician with a focus in scheduling/field dispatching with clients and contractors. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our technicians are scheduled for maximum efficiency, as they perform specialized inspections during many phases of ongoing construction projects. 

Additional responsibilities will include the management of the teams trucks and equipment by overseeing vehicle records, coordinating maintenance schedules, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You may also visit various sites to retrieve cured samples for further testing and analysis.

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
  • Familiarity with Construction or Construction Materials Testing/Inspection, a plus, but not required. 
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving history.
  • The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

Typical range for this position is $19 to $25 an hour and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
