Olsson is looking for a dynamic and seasoned ITS Director to spearhead our advancements in Arizona's Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) landscape. If you are a leader with deep knowledge in ITS, Traffic Engineering, and other cutting-edge transportation technologies, we invite you to be the cornerstone of Olsson's Arizona operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Drive the growth of Olsson's Intelligent Transportation Systems practice in Arizona.
• Strategically enlarge our client portfolio, supervise projects, attract top talent, and roll out innovative service lines for both new and existing clientele.
• Engage actively with technology connoisseurs across Olsson, promoting inter-departmental knowledge exchange and collaboration.
• Serve as an internal ITS consultant across our offices, forging partnerships and unearthing project prospects.
• Guide the aggregation of technical assets for pivotal ITS initiatives, aiding in strategizing pursuits and collaborations.
• Position Olsson as a thought leader in the ITS domain through delivering talks at industry conferences and engaging with stakeholders.
• Champion effective communication and synchronization across various teams and locations.

We have one current opening and will consider candidates interested in being located out of our Chandler, AZ or Phoenix, AZ office location.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• A minimum of ten years of experience in the consulting industry.
• Five or more years of experience leading project and/or teams.
• PTOE (Professional Traffic Operations Engineer) preferred.
