Job Description

We are seeking a dependable, self-starter with great attention to detail and excellent communication skills to join us as an Administrative Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support, collect and analyze data, prepare reports and invoices, and respond to inquiries. Additional responsibilities include contract review, greeting visitors, answering calls, and scheduling meetings and travel. You must have strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Previous administrative experience supporting a team of 15 plus.

This position will office primarily out of our Chandler office, but cross-coverage in our Phoenix office will be assigned as needed.

  • Experience in contract administration is a plus.
