Job Description

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide administrative support in a variety of functions for an individual, team, or another group within the firm according to established guidelines. In addition, you will collect, review, update, and analyze data, prepare reports, invoices, budgets, and other materials and respond to or route standard and nonstandard inquiries from external or internal sources. A portion of the needs for this role include contract review, so an understanding of the real estate industry or utilities license agreements is a plus. Other responsibilities may include greeting visitors, maintaining visitor logs, answering phone calls, and scheduling and organizing meetings, travel, and other activities.

This position will office primarily out of our Chandler office, but cross-coverage in our Phoenix office will be assigned as needed.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products, emphasis on Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail, writing, and organizing skills

  • Ability to develop and foster effective professional relationships internally and externally
  • Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative role
  • Experience in contract administration, real estate industry, or working with utilities license agreements is a plus
