Job Description

As our firm grows, so have our needs to build up and provide focus on Olsson’s efforts around continuous improvement of quality and technical risk management. This position will primarily focus on the on-going management and coordination of the Olsson Quality Management Program as well as various aspects of contract and project risk management needs. Responsibilities include scheduling and supporting monthly quality calls and annual quality audits, keeping the firmwide Quality Management Plan current with tracking, conducting periodic firmwide surveys to assess areas of needed focus, managing firmwide messaging regarding the Quality Program, and developing training tools and resources. In addition, you will serve as the Project Support representative on Olsson’s Information Management Committee, manage the efforts to maintain Olsson’s standard file directory standards, and coordinate with other teams to ensure that implementation fits within Olsson’s framework. Travel to other offices and states is required periodically for team meetings, meeting facilitation, training sessions, quality retreats, or providing in-person project or quality program support as needed.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Quality work and an interest in continuous improvement.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or a related area is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to facilitate discussions and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to assist in reviewing, compiling, formatting, and editing various documents for the team and the firm.
  • Word, Excel, PDF Editors, web-based tools experience.
  • Experience with PowerBI reporting tools is a plus.
