Job Description

As a Recruiter, you will lead the recruiting efforts for our Colorado, Arizona, and Oklahoma office locations.  You will implement plans and procedures to achieve the team’s recruiting objectives, positioning the firm to source, attract, and recruit employees who fit well with our high-performance culture. You will conceptualize, create, and execute a full-cycle recruiting strategy that includes strategically sourcing highly qualified candidates, conducting phone screens and in-person interviews, as well as offer letter preparation and negotiation.  In addition, you will advise leadership on daily recruiting matters and provide solutions for complex matters. Other responsibilities may include managing third-party recruiting from start to finish and collaborating with specialty areas for campus recruiting events.  Periodic travel would be required.

We have one current opening and will consider candidates interested in being located out of our Denver, CO, Loveland, CO, or Phoenix, AZ office locations.

You bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, or related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality
  • Strong understanding and practice of proactive recruitment strategies
  • Strong business acumen to guide effective recruitment decisions
  • Knowledge of candidate sourcing and recruiting
  • Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in corporate or staffing agency recruiting preferred
  • Prior experience in the A/E industry in a related position helpful

Typical salary range for this position is $79,000 to $104,000, and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
