Job Description

As a Recruiting Coordinator on Olsson’s Talent team, you will partner with hiring managers and the Regional HR Leader to recruit talent within the engineering consulting field. You will execute recruiting strategies and facilitate the hiring process which includes; sourcing highly qualified candidates, phone screens, in-person or virtual interviews, final selection, reference checks, offer letters, and coordinating all pre-employment screens.  Other responsibilities may include; maintaining data in the firm’s applicant tracking system, attend career fairs, assist with our firm-wide internship program, and other duties as assigned.

We are open to candidates being based out of our Denver, Oklahoma City, Phoenix, Omaha, or Kansas City offices.  Periodic travel within a few Olsson regions may be required.

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team
  • Experience working within an applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Ability to implement and utilize effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related field
  • 4+ years of full-time recruiting experience preferred
  • Prior experience in the A/E industry in a related position a plus
  • Passion for detailed work
  • Two years of in-person interview experience
  • Student recruitment experience helpful

Typical salary range for this position is $61,000 to $81,000, and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
