Olsson offers clients a full spectrum of water/wastewater services, including planning, design, permitting, and construction phase services. As an Associate Water/Wastewater Engineer, you will perform various engineering and project management duties related to evaluating, planning, designing, and constructing water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You may assist with developing project scope and schedule, project design and documentation, modeling, and construction administration.  You will have the opportunity to instruct designers and mentor less-experienced staff.

You bring to the team:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to contribute and work well on a team
• Bachelor’s Degree in civil or environmental engineering
• Must be a registered professional engineer or ability to obtain license within 6 months
• At least 4 years of related design experience
• Experience and knowledge with developing water or wastewater master plans, conservation plans, rate studies, water budget development, or other planning studies (preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of GIS mapping and analysis and water distribution and collection system modeling (preferred but not required)
• Passion for detailed work

Typical salary range for this position is $75,000 to $99,000, and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
