Olsson provides multidisciplinary design services for mixed-use, commercial, and residential land development projects, along with industrial, sports, schools, and other site development types. As a Senior member of our growing Fayetteville office, you will provide technical support to the team by serving as lead on complex projects, focusing on project execution. You will serve as a project manager, providing high-level technical design, and leading the quality assurance for the team. Ideal candidate will have client and project development experience, and proven success in building relationships. You will also review contracts, promote efficiencies in producing quality work, and put together technical resources for the team.

You bring to the team:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to contribute and work well on a team
• Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture or other related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the consulting industry
• Registered Landscape Architect preferred
• At least 4 years of experience supervising technical personnel
