Job Description

As an Assistant Technician, you will provide assistance to engineers/designers/surveyors using simple CAD software operations to create plans and perform minor design work. You will also contribute to project production sheets by adding dimension/layout plans and title/detail sheets. You may also travel to job sites for observation and to perform field work.

You bring to the team:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team
  • Associate degree in drafting
  • May be enrolled part-time in a college engineering program
  • Knowledge of CAD software (Microstation, AutoCAD)
