As a Senior Transportation Engineer for the Road/Bridge team in our Loveland or Denver, CO office, you will coordinate with necessary leaders to determine the appropriate personnel to provide engineering and technical support in a specific area or to a specific project. Will also provide direction in putting together technical resources for key projects and determine scope, complexity, and planning and scheduling requirements of large-scale projects.  Will also develop and maintain client relationships, pursue projects, prepare proposals, and win work.  A main responsibility will be managing staff and workload through the duration of projects and mentoring employees while also performing Quality Control reviews of project deliverables.

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to contribute and work well on a team
• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Must possess a PE license
• Strong background with MicroStation and Geopak is highly encouraged
• 8+ years of experience
