Job Description

As the Operational Model & Talent Associate Partner at Ollion, you will be the driving force behind our consulting division, focusing on empowering enterprises as they increasingly adopt cloud services. This role demands a unique blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and talent management skills, all geared towards enhancing our clients' journey in the cloud-centric business landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Following areas within the practice in which solution development, market attraction and delivery are required. 

1. Operational Model Enhancement:

  • Lead developing and implementing innovative operational models tailored to cloud service adoption.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine operational strategies to align with evolving market trends and client needs.

2. Process Engineering:

  • Spearheaded initiatives to optimise business processes through cutting-edge process engineering techniques.
  • Implement scalable processes that ensure seamless integration of cloud services into business operations.

3. Agile Framework Adoption:

  • Champion the adoption of Agile methodologies across client projects, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to embed Agile principles within client teams.

5. Roles & Responsibilities Framework:

  • Define clear roles and responsibilities for cloud service adoption and management teams.
  • Ensure alignment of team roles with organisational goals and client expectations.

6. FinOps Strategy Development:

  • Implement and manage FinOps strategies to optimise cloud spending and enhance financial accountability.
  • Provide insights and guidance on cloud environments' cost management, budgeting, and resource optimisation.

7. Skills Assessment & Development:

  • Conduct comprehensive skills assessments to identify talent gaps and areas for development.
  • Design and deliver training programs to upskill teams in cloud technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in operational model development, particularly in cloud service environments.
  • Expertise in process engineering and implementing Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of FinOps principles and their application in cloud-based operations.
  • Ability to conduct skills assessments and develop talent development programs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology or consulting sector.
  • Leadership Excellence: Ability to inspire and guide teams, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
  • Strategic Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills can convey complex ideas effectively.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Proficiency in building productive internal and external relationships and fostering teamwork.
  • Emotional Intelligence: High self-awareness and empathy, skilled in managing personal emotions and understanding others.
  • Problem-solving and Analytical Thinking: Creative and analytical approach to challenges, offering innovative, aligned solutions.
  • Adaptability and Agility: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, adept at adapting to changing business needs and technology.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Focused on understanding and meeting client needs, ensuring high client satisfaction.

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Experience: Preferable from the Big Four background or any of the GSIs. 
Industry (plus): Financial Services, Telecommunication, Insurance
