Position Description
The APAC Field Marketing Director will be responsible for facilitating the success of GTM for our full-suite of Ollion solutions in APAC. Reporting to the Global Field Marketing Leader, this role drives brand awareness and equity whilst empowers our sales teams with marketing programmes and assets to enable growth in APAC. This role is integral in enabling our topline performance and establishing greater traction of our solutions with customers and partners in APAC.
Job Requirements
- Collaborate with market, industry and practice leaders to translate our positioning and go to market offering into a cohesive, consistent, and impactful marketing plan, across the full range of marketing and communications techniques.
- Drive pipeline generation and focused brand awareness for Ollion through appropriate marketing mix, including own VIP/CXO events and virtual events, digital ABM, industry events and speaking engagements, content, and more – with a focus on quality and depth, rather than quantity and breadth.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for the Marketing function across all geographies – always willing to consult and guide, as well as selectively and strategically do
- Build positive, collaborative relationships with executives, partner team, sales and other functions to enable increased growth and collaboration
- Work with in-region alliance partners on joint marketing initiatives and campaigns through MDF
- Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges
- Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts
- Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue
- Innovate creative, bold and differentiated ways to drive increased mind and opportunity share for Ollion within clients, prospects, partners
- Provide training, coaching and support to team members on demand generation best practices and tools
- Oversee, coach and help professionally grow a team
- As a member of the global Chief Marketing and Growth Officer organization, collaborate on special projects that drive increased impact, efficiency and professional development across all staff
Qualifications
Expertise you bring
- Customer-centric mindset: A strong focus on understanding and prioritizing the needs of customers and a genuine commitment to their success, above all else
- Commercial fluency: A drive for consistently and assertively driving accretive, quantifiable results for the business. Comfortable with revenue and pipeline-focused marketing goals, as well as KPI management on programs and tactics that comprise (e.g., engagement rates, marketing qualified leads)
- Ability to influence and collaborate: The capability, empathy and drive to build and maintain strong, trust-based, consultative relationships with internal peers, collaborators, stakeholders – creating a positive “NPS” and brand for you and your team
- Communication skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively and constructively interact with partners, customers, internal teams, and stakeholders, driving clear results and action, accountability and collaboration
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues and challenges. Thrives on shaping and building, contributing to a shared vision; can deal with ambiguity and enjoys bringing clarity to any situation
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 15 years’ B2B marketing experience within technology, consulting, cloud, analytics or digital transformation
- A strong campaign marketer – able to distill business goals and market opportunity into multi-channel, multi-touch marketing campaigns designed to yield quantifiable results. No random acts of marketing, or marketing programs in a silo.
- Proven strategic capabilities with good organizational and project management skills.
- Detailed understanding of brand advocacy and client acquisition lifecycles. Demonstrated capabilities in enhancing brand equity and driving lead generation.
- Hands-on leader, who loves as much to build programmes and coach the team
