Job Description
What will you work on?
You will support the leadership team, particularly the CEO. You will proactively connect your leadership team with key stakeholders and prioritize scheduling based on leadership initiatives, as well as provide support for business matters of significance with a willingness to pitch in and do what’s needed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll operate in an executive position that will support our leadership team. You’ll plan and direct all administrative, financial, and operational activities for the company. Finally, you’ll organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the leadership team to facilitate efficient decision-making.
- Create financial models and forecasts: Conduct market research and build financial and operational models for new and existing businesses.
- Build and maintain relationships: Develop and build upon relationships across all employees to help identify and define new operational strategies and processes, address cross-team challenges, and ensure an efficient flow of information and objectives.
- Lead special projects: Lead a metrics overhaul, conduct customer and market research, do a thorough TAM analysis, manage OKRs, and create investor materials.
- Provide executive support: Manage day-to-day support for the executive team to ensure high standards of service for the organization. Fill in gaps in the organization by preparing agendas, taking notes, working on strategic partnerships, overseeing program management, assisting with executive recruiting, and other high-priority needs.
- Manage priorities: Create and implement plans to improve existing systems and processes, create dashboards and company metrics, help the company set priorities, facilitate the strategic planning sessions and streamline strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
What do we look for?
- 3+ years of direct experience supporting and partnering with executive leadership.
- 2+ years of experience synthesizing data into clear, impactful metrics, and reports that will help drive our business.
- 2+ years of experience in business management consulting at a top firm or a unique experience helping to scale a high-growth technology startup.
- Extensive interpersonal acumen with demonstrated ability to establish trust through action and delivery across the organization. Strong ability to influence and persuade business stakeholders.
- Proven ability to multi-tasking and manage competing priorities and objectives.
- BA/BS from a top-tier collegiate program is required. MBA preferred.
- Excellent command of Turkish and English.
