Job Description

What will you work on?

  • Identify staffing needs in cooperation with the hiring manager.

  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) both for the Freelance Team and the Brain Team (Ful-time team).

  • Create a plan for the interview and selection processes, such as screening calls, tests, and in-person interviews.

  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.

  • Carrying out a seamless onboarding process.

  • Lead employer branding initiatives.

  • Create enduring connections with previous and future applicants.

  • Ensure that qualified applicants are actively involved in current or future opportunities by managing respective candidate pools.

  • Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to come up with innovative solutions to talent acquisition problems.

  • Maintaining constant communication with the freelance team via emails and tickets and solving their queries effectively.

  • Create weekly reports on key talent acquisition metrics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business management, or any related field.

  • Prior internship experience of at least 3-4 months in the same role.

  • Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies and profiles.

  • Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants.

  • Exceptional aptitude for shortlisting, interviewing, and screening individuals.

  • Knowledge of promoting brand awareness for organizations and building rapport with potential employees.

  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
