We are looking for a high-performing Finance and Reporting Specialist for our fast-growing team.

• Having an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a similar field;
• Preparation of Monthly Balance sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and Cash Flow Statement Reports;
• Follow up on accounts payable and accounts receivables with invoicing and collections reconciliations;
• Develop finance and accounting systems and automate the linkage of operational plans into the general ledger;
• Manage all service providers, including banking and suppliers;
• Create a budget and forecast with a monthly reconciliation to the actual;
• Consolidation of US GAAP and Turkish accrual-based books monthly;
• Ensuring adherence to the financial regulations and accounting principles;
• Perform on pricing, margin sensitivity, cash burn scenarios;
• Perform all ad-hoc requests related to finance and reporting from the executive management team

• Having an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a similar field;
• Having deep knowledge and understanding of accounting principles, tax and financial legislations of Turkey and the USA;
• Hands-on experience in using all Ms. Office programs effectively;
• At least 5 to 6 years of experience in financial reporting or audit at big four accounting firms (KPMG, D&Y, Ernest and Young, and PwC);
• Responsible and prone to teamwork;
• Capable of problem-solving, analytical thinking, and research;
• Familiar with the Accounting Chart of Accounts; Have Managerial Reporting Skills on Financial Statements, Cash Flow, Profit/Loss control;
• Ability to thoroughly analyze and research information;
• Ability to work harmoniously and flexibly in a team;
• Advanced communication skills;
• Advanced presentation and reporting skills;
• Preferably fluent in English and Turkish
