We are looking for an Operations Excellence Specialist who is interested in overall project management and stays up-to-date with technological advancements.
Job Description
While developing outreach techniques for new lead generation methods, maintain a self-starter attitude.
Do extensive market research to uncover new leads and anticipate demands.
As the first point of contact for new business prospects, establish the next steps for each one as the relationship progresses.
To generate fresh leads and sales opportunities, establish active communication and engagement with prospects.
Bring new lead generating ideas to each meeting to collaborate with other sales team members.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other similar prospecting applications while keeping track of dead-end leads.
Research companies to determine fit.
Reach out to prospects to gauge interest.
Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn.
Schedule high-quality meetings and product demonstrations.
Create and develop new opportunities for your pipeline.
Follow-up with potential customers who were interested but did not buy.
Develop new sales strategies based on personal successes and failures.
Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, management, business (or a related field).
Communication: You should be able to communicate with leads from different parts of the globe. You should be able to present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Negotiation: You must have excellent negotiation skills.
Analytics: You should have strong data analytics experience to analyze trends and insights that form your strategies.
Organized: You should be extremely organized as your job will include a lot of mailing, calling and reporting and you have to be flawless in that.
Problem Solver: You must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment
Experience: You should have successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets for at least 2 years preferably in a startup and with digital products.
Collaboration: You should be able to act as a key stakeholder across various initiatives, such as marketing, branding, PR, etc.
Self-starter: You should be enthusiastic about proactively finding new markets and new sources of revenue for Ollang and also the best ways to turn them into successful conversions.
You should be fluent in English and Turkish. Knowledge of the translation & localization industry would be a plus. Experience in the entertainment, e-learning or content creation sector would also be a plus.
