• Complete a shift briefing sheet to inform team members of shows, concerts, special events, and notable guests
• Effectively manage guest flow to optimize seating capacity and ensure a seamless dining experience
• Communicate with Servers, Bartenders, and Managers to maintain smooth guest movement throughout the restaurant
• Coordinate with the back-of-house team regarding expected restaurant volume to ensure proper preparation
• Accurately take reservations and update guest information in OpenTable
• Maintain full knowledge of table numbers and server assignments to support efficient seating and service
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of washrooms through regular checks during the shift
• Greet and escort guests to their tables, engage in courteous conversation, and ensure seating aligns with service flow
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards consistently
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall restaurant operations

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience; restaurant experience considered an asset
• High attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent guest experiences
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain professional urgency and momentum throughout shifts
• Knowledge of Blue Mountain and its amenities, events, and local area
• Reliable transportation 
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
