You are passionate about food and spirits with the ability to exude passion to your guests, and provide them a memorable dining experience. You are able to handle pressure in a fast paced and constantly moving environment. You must be Smart Serve certified and have at least 2 years of experience Bartending in a similar environment.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• SmartServe Certified
• Prior experience as a bartender and/or server in a similar environment
  
• Enrolled or completed a Hospitality, Food & Beverage and/or Special Events Program is an asset
• Wine, beer and cocktail knowledge is required
• Passion for food, beverage and providing excellent customer service
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and able to lift and move beer kegs, liquor and wine boxes
