Works with the entire Oliver & Bonacini portfolio of Restaurants, Events & Catering and Partner locations to assist in the planning and execution of new location openings & current operational initiatives; effectively collaborating with both internal and external partners to ensure success

Job Description

  • Participate and/or lead all aspects of the design and planning process for assigned projects
  • Liaise with location operation teams to identify and define requirements, scope and costs of requested renovations or substantial capital expenditures
  • Prepare budgets and maintain up-to-date tracking of expenses
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
  • Assign responsibilities, set deadlines and monitor progress of project deliverables
  • Coordinate & lead project update calls and compile and distribute meeting minutes
  • Oversee project procurement management including equipment, small wares, décor, artwork, furniture & fixtures
  • Track project performance and analyze deliverables against requirements to quickly identify and resolve any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • On-site support and training as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years management experience in a restaurant or event space operation
  • Familiarity of basic Project Management practices
  • Proficient end user management experience working with Point of Sale Systems, Reservation Systems, Moneris Payments, or similar softwares
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Practical working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-starter, flexible, and able to work independently & occasionally outside regular working hours
  • Ability to multi-task, and change priorities constantly as needed in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional telephone etiquette
  • Superior customer service skills in addition to impeccable personal presentation required
  • Must have a valid drivers license 
  • Must have experience in a hospitality profession
