The Day to Day:

  • Effectively communicate with both front of house and back of house team
  • Ensure all proper cooking procedures, standards, and health and safety guidelines are followed
  • Follow recipes
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and it's food holding areas
  • Assist in ordering for restaurant and daily business

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 years of kitchen experience or 2 years of post secondary education
  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers
  • Have a professional attitude and appearance at all times
  • Be able to work weekdays/weekends/holidays
  • Must be legally able to work in Canada
