Job Description

  • Management of incoming external vendor orders to determine and communicate lead times
  • Maintenance of vendor profile information including changes in delivery instructions, standing orders, contact information
  • Communication with accounting team with internal and external billing processes
  • Spreadsheet/database (Optimum Control) management and tracking of product
  • Communication with transportation provider to ensure execution of all external and internal deliveries
  • Communicate product inventory needs to Chef to guarantee fulfillment of orders
  • Communicate sales trends to Senior Operations team
  • Maintenance of internal personnel paperwork
  • Communication with Human Resources, Payroll and Accounting at Head Office to maintain all administrative paperwork
  • Verification of payroll information provided by Payroll against timesheets
  • Ordering office supplies when in need

Qualifications

  • Optimum Control (1 year preferred)
  • Office Management experience (1 year preferred)
  • Microsoft Office
  • Google Suite
  • Management in Hospitality an asset
