We celebrate the old in new ways at Bar George, a modern-day rendezvous set in the grand heritage home once belonging to Sir George Stephen. Honouring the former resident’s roots, our chefs cook up contemporary takes on classic U.K. fare, spiked with Québécois quirks, while our bar pours time-tested bevies. Our space’s beauty and history are humbling, yet we fight formality with eccentricity, welcoming the wacky and the gnarly.

• Bar cleaning (organization, cleaning, upkeep)
• Late night Room service (answer phone, take orders, perform in room dinning delivery, respect standards)
• Prep bar (squeeze juices, cut fruits, fill up the fridges, etc)
• Breakfast mise en place (prepare coffee, set up service stations, cut fruits, etc)
• General upkeep of the house (break down boxes, unpack alcohol & dry goods deliverys, set up tables, etc)

• Must be bilingual
• Able to stand for many Hours and lift/ move heavy boxes
• Must be able to work alone 
• Need to be organized and able to prioritize

• Must be able to work overnight 
• 12am to 7am weekdays
• 2am-8am weekends
• Flat fee of $20 per hours and late room service tips
