Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY 

Oliver & Bonacini Hospitality is currently seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing Human Resources team. You will be responsible for assisting with full cycle recruitment for all of our business units. Your main responsibilities would include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining records and assisting with other recruiting-related projects as needed. You would be communicating frequently with candidates to keep them engaged and move the hiring process quickly.


PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as an ambassador for Oliver & Bonacini and promote our employer brand
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews
  • Review resumes and screen potential candidates
  • Maintain our applicant tracking system
  • Source qualified candidates using a variety of channels and find creative ways to engage them
  • Provide consistent communication to candidates throughout the process
  • Post and maintain approved positions
  • Assist in planning for and attending Career Fairs
  • Manage Employee Referral Program
  • Deliver positive candidate experience at all times
  •  Maintain active role on OBBuzz as a support for employee base, and as an ambassador for the O&B brand/ Human Resources team
  • Additional duties and responsibilities, as required

Qualifications

 

  • 1-2 years restaurant or hospitality experience 
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree in Human Resources Management considered an asset
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a large and variable work load, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and ability to prioritize work based on business needs
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Team player
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage time and workload, and ability to multi-task

Additional Information

Please note, this is a full time position with hours of work being Monday - Friday 9-5, looking for someone to start immediately.
