Job Description

The PLG Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the conception, creation and management of the promotion and positioning of the Pizzeria Libretto brand. The PLG Marketing Coordinator has a strong understanding of the PLG brand and goals, which makes them successful in developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic. You will work an average of 44 hours a week and closely with the Ops Team.

  • Establish positioning within our target audience, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives related to said audience across different channels, including social and digital platforms
  • Liaison between The Ops Team and Marketing Team for the conceptualization and execution of marketing initiatives from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration with the PLG team
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
  • Manage social media platforms and direct email marketing campaigns

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Proficient with social media and email marketing tools
