Oliver & Bonancini Restaurants is looking for a Manager, Talent to shape and implement strategies that will help us develop and retain high-performing employees.  The Manager, Talent’s responsibilities include designing, delivering and implementing employee training programs, building succession plans and working with the executive team to manage the internal promotion process.

Job Description

Develop mentoring and coaching sessions for employees

Build succession plans

Discuss career-pathing options with high-potential employees

Calculate employee engagement metrics, like retention and turnover rates

Provide team members with direction for leadership and development initiatives

Develop, design and deliver both in class and online learning initiatives

Perform training needs analysis; provide consultative advice and expertise to business units

Develop, implement and recommend learning strategies

Manage a vast curriculum of learning solutions

Design content for and manage our online learning portal

Work as a member of the Talent team to assist with team initiatives

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is an innovative learning and talent management professional with 4+ years’ experience in adult education; someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and who has a passion for food, beverages and dining.
