With a decade of experience and over 10 released games, as well as a crew of seasoned pirates, we have made a splash in the industry with top 5 Apple Arcade hits, including Spongebob Patty Pursuit and Nickelodeon Extreme Tennis. Our latest achievement, "Valiant Hearts: Coming Home," released on Netflix, console, and PC, and awarded three times at the Pégases, reflects our constant ambition to push the boundaries of what's possible in the gaming world.
Among our latest news, we have also announced the upcoming release of our Original IP, "Cryptical Path," our first PC/Console game.

Description du poste
As a Senior Producer, you will oversee the entire game development process for our upcoming narrative/action-adventure PC/Console game. You will ensure efficient resource and budget management, mitigate risks, and maintain high-level production strategies. You will coordinate communication among the Project Leadership Team, manage key production events, and ensure alignment with the studio’s objectives and best practices. Your role is crucial in ensuring the project's overall progress and stability, meeting both internal and external expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
Roadmap & Resource Management: Oversee project roadmap and resource allocation, ensuring long-term visibility and efficiency.
Budget & Risk Management: Control the project budget, handle forecasting, and identify potential risks, devising strategies to mitigate them.
Objective Alignment & Reporting: Ensure alignment between studio and project objectives, regularly updating the Studio Executive Producer on progress and risks.
Game Production
Strategy & Processes: Lead production strategy, ensuring efficient processes and tools are in place.
Agile Practices: Work with the Scrum Master to align production with Agile methodologies.
Key Events & Deliveries: Manage production events and ensure the quality of milestone deliveries.
Backlog Support: Assist the Product Owner with backlog management in Jira for streamlined workflow.
Primary Liaison: Act as the main contact for all production-related inquiries.
Department Contribution
Development & Alignment: Contribute to department development and ensure production process alignment across projects.

Experiences
Proven experience as a Senior Producer for a PC/Console game from conception to release.
Experience managing projects with over 40 team members.
Experience with narrative-focused games is a plus.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to foster a collaborative and positive working environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
